Glass insulator…specific ones have value (usually colored glass- blues greens, etc), the clear ones , not so much. I’m in rural New York State and it’s not unusual to see some up on posts still. No longer in use , but a fun nod to the past.

13:36 Mikey that’s an antique electrical insulator. They came in different colors based on its electrical rating. They were used on the cross posts of power lines for the wire to wind around keeping the three phases of power separated back in the early to mid century 20th century. Nice to see your Mom! You know I have been watching all the videos about going to the good will stores and been wondering why the prices have been going up so high when they get most everything FREE. I think I have figured it now. Here is a novel idea: put your phone in your pocket or leave it in the car, quit pulling the Ebay comps up while in the store. Employees from there also watch the videos and they talk as well, then information gets to the top and now they are doing the same thing, pulling Ebay comps. Just quit some of us just want to collect and not for reselling. I know some people are going to give me flack over what I said but whatever.
